Shrink methods available: Hot air or Steam?

Many Customers always ask a questions while they are looking for shrink sleeves, that is how to apply the shrink sleeves on their containers.


A quick rule of thumb is that hot air tunnels are predominantly used with empty containers while steam is becoming the industry standard method of shrinking sleeves onto filled containers. For the usual shape of container, steam tunnel will works well to achieve a great shrinking effect. However for many applications it is quite normal to use both application methods to optimize the effectiveness of the shrinking process.
